Terms and conditions

Children must wear riding hats at all times around the ponies.
You must arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party.
Cancellation policy applies all parties cancelled within two weeks of the party , no refunds are available.

Correct attire must be worn
If there is adverse weather conditions which make it unsafe to ride, such as high winds or flooding then we reserve the right to cancel the ride and we will offer you a alternative date. This will be posted on social media sites

We cannot offer refunds for conditions on the farm that are out of our control.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your booking. Rides are not refundable within 48 hours of the ride. Rides must be paid for at the time of booking , please notify us when you have done so, your booking may be lost if payment is not received. For Parties, cancellations must be told about 2 weeks before the party, no refund is available.

BEING LATE

Please note: If you are late for your session, we cannot guarantee that you will get the full time allotted.

HEIGHT / WEIGHT LIMITATIONS

As we work with Shetland ponies, we have a height and weight restriction of 7.5 stone and 5ft.

We reserve the right to measure and weigh a child if we think they are over these limits. The health and wellbeing of the ponies is the most important thing to us, and carrying a weight that is too heavy for them can cause permanent damage. If you have any concerns about a child’s weight then please let us know in advance.
